FAM3D ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FAM3D mobile application.

- Camera & Microphone Access: We access your device’s camera and microphone only when you actively record 3D video. All recording and processing happens locally on your device.
- Audio Files: If you choose to upload music or record vocals, those files are processed locally.
- Device Information: Basic device information (model, operating system version) may be collected for app performance and crash reporting.
- No Account Required: Currently, FAM3D does not require you to create an account or log in.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information only to provide and improve the FAM3D app experience, fix bugs, and communicate with you about updates or the glasses movement (only if you opt in).
3. Data Storage & Sharing
All video and audio processing happens on your device. We do not upload or store your recordings on our servers. We do not sell your data and do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

You have the right to request deletion of any information we hold about you and to contact us with any privacy concerns.
